They discuss egregious double taxation on Palm Coast residents regarding law enforcement and the explosion of the PC budget that is continually requested by the Sheriff's department. He discusses the historical mismanagement of properties owned/sold, the old and new buildings, the growth in PC population, crime, and the need for efficiencies in the Sheriffs department. How can we possibly feel an addition to the staff from the Sheriff's department will help Palm Coast with efficiencies when it is the LEAST efficient! They also talk about the benefits of belonging to a club, the social aspect of being around people who think like you do, finding your tribe and her life in service. Coming up is the last Wednesday Mix and Mingle, the monthly meeting with guest speaker Amanda Redwine a therapist speaking about the medical and social aspect of transgender issues and support, Pride Fest is June 7 PCDC will have a table as well as at Flagler First Friday (volunteers welcome!) Jay educates us on the need for fluoride in the water and how it prevents tooth decay and places emphasis on the importance of preventive dental care.
